There are so many things that we are looking forward to about having a little girl.
Dance classes, piano lessons, dresses, bows, soccer practices & fancy dinner dates with Daddy, movie nights and pedicures with me ...the list goes on and on...
One thing that I am super excited about is dressing Lilly.
Oh. My. Goodness.
Baby girl is going to be one stylin' little bean.
I can't help it.
Her clothes are already cooler than mine. (I'm okay with that).
I like to make pretend wish lists on Gap.com with $$$ worth of clothes and then I just go through and delete them all from the cart. The other day Matt caught me and was like "What! Why do you have $400.00 worth of clothes in that cart?!"...his heart stopped racing when I explained that I was just playing. But for real...sometimes I do pick my favorite and buy just one thing. Last week it was these cheetah print/hot pink sunglasses from Carter's. I couldn't resist. (They were also on sale for $4.00!)
Here are some of my current favorites in my dream closet for Baby Lillian:
*sigh* I can't even handle the cuteness.
If I still love the swimsuit below in a few days I am going to buy it. It's the perfect first swimsuit (IMO).
Suede strappy sandals /Gap.com, Smocked top chambray one-piece /Gap.com, Tiny floral headband /Gap.com
Note: I had so much fun doing this. These outfits will most likely never be in Lilly's closet but I'm just having fun. Also, I realize I'm going to get made fun of for this (especially my awesome outfit names) if I make this a habit and I am okay with that because I worked my ass off all day and just had fun relaxing dreaming about all this cuteness. :) Sometimes I like to pretend I'm a famous blogger with like a million followers. I never played with Barbies when I was little. Maybe I'm just starting that phase a little late? ;)
Ok, that's all I have for tonight. Time to hit the hay.
Awww everything is so cute and that swimsuit is precious. Id say she neeeeeds it!
ReplyDeleteHehe, I think so too Bridgett ;)
