I love New Years Eve.
It's not my absolute favorite holiday, but I love that it is a fresh start.
2011 was good. So good.
2012 is going to be awesome too!
We have some exciting things planned for 2012 and I'm excited to share them with you.
Here are all the places we want to go/ adventures we want to take this year. I hope we get to all of them.
*Vancouver, B.C (January or February for a weekend!)
I want to go here to the Capilano Suspension Bridge, Treetops Adventure and Cliffwalk. It looks so beautiful and I'm so excited! I can't wait to see the city too!
*San Francisco, CA (April or May - Matt's hometown and I've never been)
My wish list....houses like in Full House, the Golden Gate Bridge, Castro Valley where Matt grew up, ride on a cable car on a big huge hill and get a picture looking all cool swinging my foot off lol and go to Alcatraz.
*Wisconsin (April - Easter, Grandma's Wedding, Mom's Birthday, Matt & Cody to Great America)
I want to go with them but it is Matt's groomsmen gift to Cody to have a brothers day there :)
*Olympic National Park Camping and a Forks drive through (June or July)
I can't wait to go buy all of our camping supplies! Tent, sleeping bags...yay!! Maybe we can bring Cogsy Wogsy! hehe
*Disneyland (August 4-9, this vacation is set)
We are already counting down the days...Ahhh..it's taking toooo long! Erg. It doesn't help when Matt listens to Disney music all day everyday :) It sure is cute though.
*Sunriver, OR (to celebrate our 1st Anniversary--August 25-30/31, this is also set)
A week of relaxation. Love love LOVE it here. This summer will include horseback riding and whitewater rafting. We didn't do whitewater rafting last time because I didn't know if I would be scared and didn't want to cry on our honeymoon lol.
*Whistler, B.C (September 14-20 at with the Lanese's at Matt's parent's vacation condo)
Imagine this with no snow. That will be us. We're going to go Zip Lining!!
*Wisconsin (Christmas with the Hampe's for sure)
That's a lot of trips. I love having so much to look forward to. It helps with the blues. We're living it up though while we don't have any kids. It's all scheduled in the budget so we'll see. Hopefully everything works out the way we're planning it to. If not, it's okay :)
2012 will also bring this Lanese Family a new car and 0 debt! We are really looking forward to those!
I'm excited to go on all these adventures with my husband. It still feels cool to say husband.
